Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Mohamed Goussaka ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the iOS application Bußgeldrechner – Verkehr (bundle identifier de.bussgeldrechner.bussgeldRechner, the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account and we do not directly collect your name, postal address, or similar personal contact details to operate the App. The categories of information described below are collected automatically by us and by the third-party services listed in Section 3.

• Device & advertising identifiers — such as the IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers), device model, operating system version, and language/region, used to serve and measure advertising.
• Usage & calculation data — such as the offense/violation type, speed, and other figures you enter into the fine calculator, the results generated, session length, in-app interactions, and crash/diagnostic logs, used to operate and improve the App. Calculator inputs and results are processed on your device and are not linked to your identity.
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address or device settings, used by advertising partners for ad relevance and fraud prevention (we do not collect precise GPS location).
• Support communications — if you email us for support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

2. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS, the App will request your permission before tracking you across apps or websites owned by other companies, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can grant or deny this permission when prompted, and change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

3. Third-party advertising & analytics partners

We use the following third-party services to display ads and measure their performance inside the App. These providers may collect and process data (including advertising identifiers) under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — privacy policy
• Meta Audience Network (Facebook) — privacy policy

Our authorized advertising sellers are listed publicly in our app-ads.txt file.

4. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App;
• To display and personalize advertising and measure ad performance;
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse;
• To respond to support requests you send us.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at braunrainer.bo45@gmail.com and we will delete it.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Data collected by our advertising partners is retained according to their own retention policies.

7. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain advertising. You can exercise device-level advertising controls in your iOS Settings, and you may contact us at any time to make a request regarding your data.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
